Working Principle
DY series Vibro Flow-thru Separator is a kind of new-type ,high-efficient screening machine.It offers high capacity, wet or dry scalping in a compact,low head room design. Dual motors mounted on opposites of body create the 3-D motion that allows maximum flow-thru of material. The machine is ideally suited for prepackaging screening in many food and pharmaceutical applications,as well as for bulk bag unloading and screening of raw ingredients.
The motion trace of the material can be changed by adjusting the phase angle of the hammer to satisfy different need. And differen force can be gained with different balance weight of the hammer.
